The Grassington Patient Participation Group acts as an intermediary to receive and pass on compliments and complaints regarding the medical services provided.

The Ilkley Moor PPG is where you can have a voice on the services provided by the Ilkley Moor Medical Practice. Registered patients are invited to join this lively and influential group.

The PPG plays a key role in continually improving levels of service and the quality of care that impact on the health of our growing community, taking account of the vast age range and needs of registered patients.

The PPG meets bi-monthly and we are planning to vary dates and times so that we can accommodate new members.
